今回は、「日本列島スピード狂」「ズベ公女刑事ルナ分署」の予告編をお送りします。

芦別映像プロジェクト 　 Serial short movies about “visionary environment”

はじめに
Introduction

時代の潮流や既成の価値にとらわれない自在な美を持った芸術作品。それは『アウトサイダーアート』と呼ばれます。
そして建物や空間といった，大きな規模のアウトサイダーアートは『幻視的空間』と呼ばれます。
北海道には，知られざる巨大な『幻視的空間』が存在します。しかもそこには，泊まることすらできるのです。
それは『北の京　芦別』。
北海道は芦別市にあるこの大規模宿泊施設には，『五重塔』『日本庭園』『三十三間堂』など，歴史や文化の文脈を無視したレイアウトと過剰な密度で，日本の歴史的建造物やシンボルのレプリカが立ち並んでおり，その過剰な美は類を見ません。
この地で，その独自の美を主題とした映像を撮りたい。
はじまりは，そんな思いでした。

他方，突然ですが海外に目を向けることにいたしますと，世界にはまだまだこのように知られざる独自の美を持った『幻視的空間』がございます。
これらの施設の価値を，映像制作を通してネットワークを作ることでより広く，より深く伝えることができないか。
それがこのプロジェクトの目的です。

The art of works that are not influenced by any established values or the trend of the times are called “Outsider art”.
In the category of “Outsider arts”, there are larger scale artworks such as buildings or decorated caves. Those are called “visionary environments”.
In Hokkaido, there is the biggest and the most unique visionary environment in Japan.
It is called “KITA-NO-MIYAKO Ashibetsu” (means ASHIBETU, the northern palace).
In this facility, there are many replicas of Japanese historical building such as “GO-JYU-NO-TOH” (five-storied pagoda),”Japanese style garden”, and “SANJU-SAN-GEN DOH” (Temple hall in Kyoto).
And they are built in extremely high density and arranged disregarding original history and cultural background. This mode is reflected in the whole decoration in the facility.
Its dense and excessive Japanese decor is unprecedented.
We’d like to make movie about this facility’s peerless artistic value.
At the beginning, we do think so.

And taking a look at all over the world, there are many fascinating and peerless visionary environments.
So, in this plan, I want to make them known to the world to protect their value by making network of those kinds of facilities.
This is the purpose of this project.

概要
Summery

プロジェクトの大きな目的は，以下の２つ。
The goals of this project are,

１）２０分程度のシリーズ短編映像を制作する。
1) Making serial short movies.

それぞれの施設には，独自の美の様式が存在します。
その独自性を強調するために，本企画では，『施設の美をディフォルメしたドラマ』を制作する，という手だてをとります。
具体的には『それぞれの施設が，その美学に沿って発展していった未来の姿』を描くＳＦ映像を制作します。
Each “visionary environment” has its own unique and peerless artistic value. To emphasize this uniqueness value, I’ll deform it in the movie.
Concretely,
“Making sci-fi movies about the future world where each facility has developed according to its own aesthetics”

２） 知られざる世界各国の『幻視的空間』同士の連携を構築し，その存在や価値の告知手段を広げる
2) Expanding the range of dissemination by collaborating with some “visionary environments”

先にもふれましたように，本企画は，様々な国に存在する知られざる『幻視的空間』を対象とします。
映像制作が軸となりますが，そのために各国施設関係者や支持者，製作スタッフと連携をとり，施設の持つ美の独自性や撮影モチーフに関する相互理解・検討を深めていきます。
そして，映像が完成したらそれで終わり，というわけではなく，施設同士の姉妹施設提携などにより関係性を深めることで，情報発信のための国を超えたネットワークづくりを行っていくところまでをゴールに据えます。
このネットワークを，
『世界一線を超えたネットワーク E.E.N.I. (Extreme Environments Network International)』
と名付けてみました。
このネットワークを使い，他国での情報発信・啓もう活動を行っていくというわけでございます
The target of this plan is unknown “visionary environments” that exist all over the world.
To make the movies, I’ll collaborate with staff or supporters of them and consider what the peerless artistic value of them is.
And making the network of “visionary environments” by joining hands with sister facilities to deepen each others relationship.
For this purpose, we made a network that is called “E.E.N.I. (Extreme Environments Network International)”.

E.E.N.I.の連携により，本プロジェクトではまず以下の映像の完成を目指し，次につなげてまいります。
１）『北の京芦別』を舞台としたもの

Using this network, we will make a movie below.
